covid-19 safety

Heritage School is committed to providing a safe and positive learning environment for your child.
Heritage School will follow the Chester County Health Department Guidelines for Isolation and Quarantine.
(Negative PCR, Rapid, and at-home Rapid tests are accepted.)

In addition to this plan:
*Heritage School will continue to mandate the wearing of a mask/shield for children indoors.
*Heritage School will strictly enforce the class “pods” until the number of cases decline in our area.
*Parents must report the reason for an absence to the Heritage Office.
Please report any positive cases to your local county.

Policies and procedures will be modified as necessary to comply with state regulations.

Just a few of the things we're doing at Heritage School to ensure your child's safety...

●Changes to daily routines to reduce social density in common areas
●Required daily temperature checks for all students and staff
●Increased number of required handwashing breaks and limiting of shared materials whenever possible
●Following all state regulations pertaining to face coverings
●Polypropylene Table Dividers in each classroom to maintain proper social distancing in the safest and least restrictive way possible
●Utilizing outdoor spaces as much as possible (including our certified Nature Explore Classroom)
